Como funcionan nuestras entregas
Dependiendo el importe de tu compra, la ubicación y otros factores nuestros envíos pueden ser gratuitos. El tiempo estimada de llegada de los artículos es de 3 a 5 días hábiles para pedidos regulares.

Cambio o devolución de ítems
Los plazos para generar cambios y devoluciones comienzan a partir del día de la compra, o bien a partir de la fecha de entrega del producto. El plazo para cambios o devoluciones es de 10 días desde la compra o recepción, lo que sea posterior y sean acompañados de la factura electrónica o remito de entrega. Se harán cambios cuando existan problemas de fábrica y errores cometidos por parte de La Empresa.
Plazos y requisitos de Cambio / Devolución
A continuación se detalla el plazo máximo de días permitidos para que el Cliente realice un Cambio, según el tipo de producto. En el caso de envíos a domicilio se considera la fecha de entrega del producto. El cambio de productos se acepta dentro de los 10 días siguientes a la compra y La Empresa tiene 5 días laborables para realizar el cambio. Podría haber un recargo o cobro adicional en envío posteriores a la solicitud de cambio en mercadería.
Políticas de envío
La entrega de los productos incluye el traslado hasta la puerta del domicilio declarado (puerta del edificio en caso de departamentos). Cualquier persona mayor de 18 años que se encuentre en el domicilio de entrega puede recibir el pedido con número de Orden de Compra acreditando su identidad. Si cuando te llega el producto rechazas la entrega por una razón ajena a la responsabilidad de La Empresa, el costo del envío y/o producto podrían no ser devueltos.
